I changed up the final songs for the EP. It is finally the way I want it to be. The final tracks are:

  1. Ancient History
  2. Pulled Under
  3. Different
  4. My Lover’s Dream
  5. One Last Look

And also in the works is another EP called Doors Unlocked and Open. This one has 6 songs and is well on its way to being completed.

Fridate! (Friday Update) 01-17-14

Updates for you! So…… I forced myself to work on the music and actually finished all I need to make the acoustic EP. But…. I’m not sure I’m completely satisfied with all the lyrics that I’ve come up with for the songs.

I mean some of them I love! But, some of them I just churned out cause I need lyrics and I wanted to work on the song and then I didn’t want to work on the song and I was like Nick you’re finishing this tonight you need to stop putting it off you have no more excuses and work on it til you’re done and I did.

So….. my question to you guys is: If I put up the lyrics for all the songs on here would you give me some feedback about what you think and possible replacements for lines and whatnot?

UPDATE: The EP I have been working on is almost finally finished…….. kinda.

Here’s where we currently stand:

Only 2 songs remain from the original track list. (1 is possibly going to get canned.) I’ve rewritten some of the old music and made new songs that I like much better. Of course…. I’ll always write new music I like much better. If can play it 100 times without hating it then we’re on to something! 😀 First I plan to do a 5 song acoustic EP of the album. Some time after that, I plan on releasing the full set of 6 with the instrumental bonus track. (Figured an acoustic instrumental was out of the cards….) So here is track list as it currently stands.

  1. Old Clothes
  2. Running
  3. Frozen In Time
  4. Will Nothing Ever Change
  5. Different
  6. Hollow Sounding Goodbyes (Instrumental)

Running and Frozen In Time are the only 2 left with much work to do on them, but, as always, I will be putting up rough drafts for your input into the songs. I appreciate any and all help you have given me and will give for this album.
